                        Orders & Delivery

                        All our products are printed/embroidered to order. Our lead times for most items from order to dispatch is 3 – 7 working days.

                        NB. Standard delivery is additional 2 days. Items might arrive in multiple deliveries.

                        About the print process

                        Direct To Garment – Our main printing process is direct to Garment. This is used on majority of our items for sale. Graphics will look brighter and more vibrant on white T-shirts. On some darker coloured T-shirts, we apply a white ink base to maintain print intensity. The print is contained to a 50cm x 30cm panel on front/back of T-shirt.

                        Heat Sublimation – This product uses sublimation print method to create a large scale, dynamic & attention grabbing design, but please be aware that creases in the design beneath the arms and along seams are common with this type of product. We attempt to only print using white base designs, so this does not occur, whilst we take steps to minimise these creases on full coloured designs we can’t always avoid them. By placing an order for this product you understand that creases may appear, and that since they are to be expected they are not considered a fault and repla­cements/­refunds will not be offered.
